I stopped doing business at this location you should too,awful staff unfriendly making major mistakes and to overwelmed this location isn’t fit for a pharmacy nor are their employees fit to be pharmacists very poorly run,staff and management you would be better looking and going elsewhere,complaining their wrong doings to your doctor and or proper authorities.. in reality this location should completely close or this pharmacy should close to many errors are being made and they are truly horrible.

My medical supply company sent my sons prescription Continuous Blood Monitor to them instead of my home. I had been expecting it for two weeks. I called to confirm they had it. The pharmacy department said they did not. My call was then directed to the front desk. No one answered so I had to call back. The front desk, after some time found it. I was then told I could not pick it up without my sons photo ID. He does not have one. A child. So I was then told to call Fed Ex and have them call Walgreens to allow my pick up. Getting a hold of Fed Ex took forever. They said they couldn’t help me and to call the sender, the medical supply company. They needed to call Fed Ex and have them send a message to Walgreens to allow my pick up. Meanwhile, I called my sons school to come up with some sort of ID for him. They did. Had ready for my son to pick up. I asked Walgreens if that ID would be acceptable. Answer, no. Waited hours for medical supply company to confirm Fed Ex was notified and messaged Walgreens.nMy son texted me he went to retrieve ID school made, twice. No one in office. Useless, I was told anyway.nI went ahead and headed to Walgreens, determined to retrieve it, after work mind you. Where my new boss allowed me to make all these calls.nWhen I asked for my package I was meet with sympathetic, we can’t give the package eyes, because your son has no photo ID. They have no message from Fed Ex. Then someone walked over and said she can have the package if her driver’s license matches address on file. It did and I got my sons much needed, life or death medical supply. Had this person answered the phone in the morning it would have saved me an entire day of aggravation. You can’t make this stuff up. Do your job people! Who ever manages this place needs to school every employee on the fact that matching addresses can allow someone to pick up a package. Outrageous!!

the staff is great here. they are very friendly and helpful. the prices are average drugstore prices. This store is a little small so it seems crowded and unkempt. parking is good.they even sell propane.

EVERYONE is just sooo rude and unfriendly here!! They Never smile or say hello!! Worst customer service!!! And the pharmacy!?? Same thing!!! Not even a hello!! All these serious faces smh you need my business I don’t need yours and that’s why I will be going over to CVS only reason I started going here was because Rite Aid closed but holyyy moly this place sucks!!! I feel like I work there because I have to smile or say hello for them to actually do it back!!!! And you can feel the unfriendliness in their voices even when you call!!! Stop hiring people that just need to work to pay bills!! Hire the ones that will make your customers want to come back!!! **On top of it all!! someone new asked for help and one lady that come over proceeded to ask me my date of birth in Portuguese!! Just because my last name is not American doesn’t mean I speak it!! I could be married to a Portuguese and not speak the language!! Since she wanted to assume I acted like I didn’t understand and she got all red and proceeded to ask me the same in English!!! Whyyyy just whyyyy would you do that!!! They need to change the staff here!!! EVERYTHING about this place is just wrong!!!

Prices are reasonable. The Pharmacy is also good to use,no long lines, friendly stuff.
