I ordered food online but there was nowhere to specify delivery instructions. I work as a nurse at a facility where I care for suspected COVID patients therefore I cannot leave + no one can come in. I called + asked to have the delivery driver call me so they could drop it off outside of the door where I am. They never called + delivered it to the wrong door. I couldn't get my food because I can't leave where I am + they can't bring it to me because they cannot leave the desk at the front. I ordered both lunch + dinner because I am working a double + now have no idea how I'll get my food.
Ordered 2 specialty pizzas (both with chicken), mentioned special offer advertised on their website - free cheese pizza for orders $30+. Only 2 speciality pizzas arrived, no cheese pizza - when questioned, she told me manager told her to remove this offer because it’s only for the pick up. It clearly states “pick up or delivery” on their website and yet manager modified my order without me even knowing. If only they’d called me, I would gladly pay for that cheese pizza on top of the order, no problem, and my vegetarian friend, who was visiting at the time, would not miss on it. Very unprofessional.
Their chicken broccoli alfredo with chees ontop is one of the best things I've eaten.
Very good. Had garden salad w/grilled chicken. Chicken was warm, delicious and tender with a good size salad.
We ordered bread sticks and chicken fingers received garlic cheese bread my wife asked the owner to switch it and give her bread sticks and would cover the difference if there was a change in price the lady was very very rude and said yes you will pay the difference horrible customer service and very very rude. We go there alot and will take are business elsewhere. We own are own business and would never ever treat a customer this way.
