Great staff, clean and nice place to have a drink and play keno. The food so far unfortunately was not very good. I had a ribeye steak it was gray in color and I'm guessing was frozen. It had zero flavor, no rubs, and very fatty. The 2nd visit I tried the ham steak which for some reason was plopped on a bed of beans. Beans and ham steak had zero flavor. It appeared they cater to an older crowd so maybe the no flavoring is to accommodate that demographic. Only thing I can think of. They put a lot of fried food out, which you can't go wrong. Would love to see some home cooked comfort meals with seasonings and taste but hey everyone has their opinion and overall besides the food cheap drinks, nice place, friendly staff.

Fantastic food and drinks. Little loud but its a combination bar and restaurant.

I have never had a bad experience at the Wheelock Inn. Steve, the owner, is generous and accommodating almost to a fault. He's a great guy, and he would bend over backwards for his employees or his customers. I highly recommend this place for a beer, or a bite to eat. You won't regret your experience here.

Always the best French fries in county. Best spot for Lobsters and Seafood.
