I was able to contact Imperial Chrysler with ease. Their communication throughout the whole process was great! My wife and I recently purchased another vehicle from another dealership and it was a nightmare. Here, I was taken care of. I bought my dream car here and feel like the price matched the quality and condition of the vehicle. Khalil was super knowledgeable and was able to pull some strings to get the car registered in a reasonable time frame. I'd highly recommend this dealership.
Just had another great service experience at Imperial Jeep Service Center in Mendon. Mike Costello is amazing. He took care of my car like it was his own. He does this every time I am in there. He keeps me update on the progress at all times. He made sure my car was worked on quickly and efficiently and also made sure I had a loaner car at my disposal since I had a long term issue with my vehicle. My car was returned to me in better condition then I left it in with them. Highly recommend Mike and Imperial Jeep service.
This is my third year going to Imperial. It started with a fantastic sales experience with Andy Clair, and I have been having my Jeep Wrangler serviced and detailed at Imperial ever since. Bill Ott, the service rep I deal with almost exclusively, is fantastic. He does his very best to get me in as soon as possible, he is professional and knowledgeable, he explains things clearly, and he is prompt and courteous. I couldn’t ask for better service, all the way from cleanliness to ease of appointments, to driving away knowing I wasn’t taken to the woodshed with service pricing. 5 STARS for Bill and the rest of the gang in the service department!
My sales consultant Tommy Rizzitano deserves 5+ stars. I was approached with a friendly and kind presence rather than the typical “salesman approach”. I was able to take the Jeep for a test drive within minutes. He made the entire process fun. He has a laid back attitude yet is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took all the pressure out of making a very important decision and took all the time that I needed to make the best choice for me. He didn’t give up until I was comfortable with the price and he made it possible for me to drive away that day. I truly appreciate the time he spent and hope that he is recognized as a valuable asset to your dealership. I look forward to working with him again in the future and will recommend him and your dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
My 5 star review is based on my salesman JP from imperial Chrysler. We were referred to him by a friend after searching for a used truck all weekend at various dealerships. We met him on a Sunday afternoon he listened to what we wanted, showed us our options and we picked out or GMC Canyon with him. JP was very knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and played none of the usual games that car salesmen are known for. The truck needed a new motor for the power seat adjustment and he was always in contact giving me updates on the process from beginning to end. I highly recommend JP to anyone looking for a new or used, I will definitely call him again in a few years!
