I called on a Thursday afternoon to check availability of a beautiful Ford Explorer listed on the website. The person on the phone was SO helpful is discussing availability, features, the trade in process and even scheduled me an appointment to come see the vehicle I was interested in. I worked with Tom, the salesman, when I got there. He was GREAT! So personable, showed my husband and I all the great features and even how easy it was to connect our phone. Answered all our questions and really most importantly he wasn’t pushy into us making a decision right away. This was by far my best car-buying experience ! Thanks Tom & Imperial!

Tom in sales took care of me through a very unique situation. he sold me a great vehicle that I drove away and I wasn't truly happy with. Lynda and Mike provide excellent customer service and Joe makes the financing process seem almost fun. There is no pressure, just a friendly staff who are enthusiastic about their vehicles. Lynda finalized the sale once we decided upon the vehicle and taught us how to use the Ford app and a number of features that our new 2020 Ford F-150 truck has. The whole purchasing of a vehicle was very painless. We are recommending Imperial Ford to our friends and will definitely be going back when we need to replace our other vehicle.

I had a great experience here. It was quick and painless. The salesman Justin was very helpful. He got my paperwork done quickly and found me a good package from a good bank. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a car and I've owned about 15 different vehicles at this point in my life. I recommend them and especially Justin to everyone I know. Next time when I'm ready to trade in my new truck I'll be going back to them

I worked with 2 amazing guys to buy my new Ford Bronco Sport. We did not set up an appointment (I know we probably should have) and they were very accommodating. Easily found someone to help us, Vincent, and he was the easiest person to work with. I've purchased 3 other cars before this one and I've never had such a lovely experience. Price was right, offer on trade-in was perfect and there was no hidden fees. Very upfront and honest. Even delivered to my home since I was so tied up with work....with a big red bow to boot.
