Clean and very thorough training!
CrossFit for ALL levels !!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Everybody is a team player !!nGreat Rock-climbing classes.nFree. Must be SOBER for at least 48 hours though.nLove it !!!
Excellent gym with great instructors , rock climbing wall is great for all levels. There is also an open gym with cardio and free weight equipment
Great! Free for recovering addicts and alcoholics. Supporters as well!
