The Seaport Staff are absolutely fantastic (Jules, Eva, Leah to name a few faves)! They are warm and friendly and make you feel welcome - sooooo helpful to us first timers who are often intimidated by what can often times be perceived as a cold, scary place to walk into, not knowing how to get set up on the bikes or knowing the routines. Here, it is ok to ask for help as many times as you need it, and to go at your own pace.nThe instructors are top notch. The facility is new and clean and provides you with the little extras that set it apart from the others.nI have gone to 4 classes and have noticed a big improvement in my endurance already. I notice improvement with each class.nI highly recommend SoulCycle and their classes! I give SoulCycle Seaport 5 stars.
