Lifted is the best fitness experience that I have had in Boston. They offer both Strength and Metabolic Conditioning classes in a small-group setting. The workouts are very challenging and there is always a variety in the types of exercises and structure of the classes. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and provide feedback in a 1:1 manner to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout..nnIn addition to the workouts, the environment at Lifted is awesome. The owners/head trainers, Pat and Mo, take the time to get to know each person and foster an environment that is extremely welcoming and motivating. I can’t recommend Lifted enough.

There aren't enough good things that I could say about this gym! I have been taking classes here since 2019 and I continue to be impressed with what they have to offer! The facility is always clean, their group strength and metabolic conditioning classes are challenging and differ from day to day and they provide feedback in a 1:1 manner, which I personally love, to ensure that I am executing exercises correctly and to my fullest potential. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have such a welcoming demeanor that makes it enjoyable to take classes at this establishment. I would 100% recommend Lifted Fitness for anyone, exercise experience or not, to try a class here!

Took the first free class they offer to see how it was - hands down the nicest staff compared to any gym I have been to. Immediately after my first class I signed up for the month, and am super impressed with Lifted Fitness...they make you feel safe with covid and they make sure your comfortable with workouts / helping with your form as if your at a 1 on 1 personal training session. Workouts are fast paced and efficient which is really convenient to get it done in the morning. Usually gyms like that can seem intimidating but they are all really welcoming and informative...on top of delivering a great group workout enviornment !

You will leave feeling great and ready to sign up for the next workout after every class at Lifted Fitness! The trainers make you feel comfortable by demoing each movement and provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels. They also provide personalized feedback on your form which makes it feel like a personal training session despite it being a group setting. The 4-week program allows you to perfect your form and challenges you to lift heavier each week. The equipment is constantly being cleaned and they always have a great playlist!!

Im not someone to write reviews often, but I have to say I am so happy I found lifted fitness! If you’re looking for a small group experience that will whip you into shape, make you feel comfortable and keep you accountable- this is your place. Within a week, you feel like you’re part of the family. I’ve gained confidence (along with ud83dudcaaud83cudffcof course) and can’t thank the team, especially owners Pat and Mo, enough.
