Honestly words can not describe this studio... you really need to go check it out! They have an amazingly warm and knowledge staff. Just the atmosphere is amazing. Not only are they the best hot yoga but just best yoga studio around!! I wish they were a chain! I moved 40 mins away and still make the drive from time to time because they are so great :)
Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Classes are structured for all levels to succeed. Studio is very clean.

I can see why this studio won the best of Central MA award. The instructors are excellent. Their attitudes are so positive and encouraging. They remind you that yoga is not just poses, it is also breathing and setting a focus for your practice. I'm also grateful that they believe in making yoga affordable. Comparatively, this studio is very reasonably priced.
