Bought my first car from Scott and he's been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Any car problems I had, he went above and beyond to fix as quickly and cheaply as possible. Not only that, but he actually wants to build a relationship with his customers too. He's an overall great guy who knows how to take care of your car!

Have been at my current company for twenty plus years. in the customer service end of my job I can truly say that Matt and Scott and anybody else associated with his family are truly two of the nicest caring people I have ever known. they are so genuine in what they do and caring of others that is a family like this that will always make sure that despite all the negativity and evil in this world, will be overcome by on this Earth by those like the Carr family.

Thank you to the Carr crew for an awesome lunch! We helped out another mechanic/business owner in need when they were away from home and they went above and beyond with their appreciation of that professional courtesy buy setting up the whole crew at our shop with a free lunch. That sort of thoughtfulness and care shared with another garage tells us that their customers receive the same top notch appreciation and service which is paramount in our industry. Over-the-moon happy with Scott and Matt. The Volvo we bought from them was an amazing value. Scott and his son Matt have our full trust and know the good cars from the not-so-good. We just got back from a trip across Canada and the V70 was the most comfortable car we've ever driven. We're on our eighth Volvo wagon and have dealt with many, many garages. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carr's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, straightforward, honest car dealer. The inter-state purchase paperwork went flawlessly and their follow-through is better than a new car dealership. A+ guys.
