Car Buyers Beware!! I purchased a car from Valentina’s dealership in aug of 2020. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. A week after purchase I brought vehicle to get oil change and the car had a broken sway bar and leaks power steering fluid and needs a power steering rack! Ive put 650 into repairs thus far and still need to get the steering rack fixed. Not sure what that’s going to cost me but I’m not happy right now I’ve never experienced anything like this when it comes to buying a car. I’ve contacted the owner Laura and the manager Eddie to resolve this issue with no luck. They buy cars from auctions and turn around and sell them without going thru the vehicle to see if it needs any repairs or anything. My next step is small claims court. So some free advice to whoever is looking to buy a new car STAY AWAY from Valentina’s!!

I had bought a car from this place off of Facebook and he told me the car was fine it will pass inspection and I bought it drove it home never touched it until a week later started it and drove in my driveway n a whole bunch of smoke came from my exhaust when I took it to the shop to get looked at I had a broken head gasket engine was leaking oil on the transmission and when I called to tell them that it was happening he told me it was my fault and hung up on my face THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE HORRIBLE CARS HORRIBLE CONDITIONS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL BUYERS BEWARE HAD TO BUY A WHOLE NEW ENGINE NEW AXELS NEW BREAKS AND ROADERS NEW SPARK PLUGS AND CABLES NEW DIZZY COVER AND GASKET BECAUSE THE DIZZY WAS ALSO LEAKING OIL ALL IN ALL TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
