My buddy bought his car here and they were very helpful
First time there , great experience.
I went to look at a Mini Cooper Thursday night with my wife. I talked with sales guy(I don't know his name. He said he was from Rhode Island). The car was $9995.00 and after taking it for a test ride I decided I would buy it. I asked if I could purchase the vehicle using my debit card and the salesman said it would be better if I got cash. I said great see you on Saturday. Friday I went to the bank. I went down to the lot Saturday morning at 9 am. I couldn't see anyone in the parking lot so I knocked on the door. I got no answer and no one was on the lot. I called the number on the building and I got no answer. I waited five minutes and then called the number again. Someone finally picked up the phone to tell me they were at a wedding. I hung up and immediately went back to the back and deposited my money. I'm actually glad that this happened since the last thing I want to do is purchase a car from people that give you lip service. This place obviously is not a legitimate business.
They're great people to work with and they definitely do their homework and all the vehicles and they also go through all the vehicles they have on their lot.
Good cars, decent prices. Owners are nice when shopping but beware - their attitude flips 180 degrees after purchase. Called a couple of times after buying a car for small things like having a hard time finding the lug nut key and when my mechanic did a new car inspection and told me the battery was nearly dead. Both calls with Gover were rude and borderline condescending. Consider buying a car here like using Craigslist.
