Nice Airport. Used Cape Air to get to Nantucket. Everyone including pilots were very polite! Very quick and easy experience.

Cape Cod Coffee's Barnstable Airport manager, Lilly, has been a wonderful host and advisor on everything from coffee choices to grilled blueberry muffins to coffee mugs-all purchased by us. Thank you! jrd

Barnstable was awesome in their customer service. American Airlines lost my luggage (surprise, surprise) after unexpectedly checking it at the gate and the Barnstable staff was so kind when they realized my suitcase with my coat and laptop had been left behind. One of the staff (I believe her name was Babs?) was very kind and offered me her windbreaker along with a snack from the cafe. After I left for my hotel in Falmouth, they tracked down my luggage and had it driven the 45 minutes from the airport. I very much appreciated their kindness!
