If i could give it half a star, i would. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE! SEND IT TO THE SEAPORT BLVD CVS! If you have any hopes of getting it filled, you better send it 2 weeks prior to the date you want it picked up. The South Boston CVS Pharmacy has THE Slowest prescription refill time, i have ever experienced at a pharmacy. The sense of urgency just isn't in their skill set
I wish zero stars was an option. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for weeks and the progress has not changed from processing. I can’t get anyone on the phone to figure out what is going on.nnI will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate offices.
I am a physician and can't get through on the phone to clarify issues with prescriptions I have sent. They are under staffed and not able to provide adequate services! Take your Rx somewhere else!!
This is the worst pharmacy to ever exist all around. Always “out of stock” , or has a problem with insurance or has a problem filling something. Oh , and Don’t bother trying to call either , because you’ll be sitting on the phone up to three hours & sometimes they may even hang up if they feel like it. They have one staff member working the front desk & nobody else cares to answer the phone or assist customers. So if your thinking about coming here , just do yourself a favor and run the other way.
Borderline inhumane how bad customer service is here. Prescription still processing for 5 hours. I’m sick and can’t get anyone to answer the phone in four hours and the line is wrapped around the store.
