It was a really pleasant experience shopping at Bonobos considering I've never been to one of their physical stores after living in Ohio for the longest time. The guides were really helpful finding me a flannel-lined chinos even though they're not available in stores by searching their online catalog. They even gave me a complete tour of their store.
The Guide Shop team is always super helpful. And no pressure to buy. I walked out with my styles and sizes all queued up online and I'm free to buy when I'm ready, wait for a sale, etc
Bonobos gives you the best of both shopping worlds: you can try stuff on in the store (their Guides are seriously the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most helpful retail folk I've ever met), see if it looks good, then order from the Infinite Aisle of their online store with free shipping and tons of sales. I can't recommend them highly enough.nn(OH! Also, they make great clothes and stand by them. I've never been disappointed, nor has anyone else I've talked to.)
