So thankful to have this store in the neighborhood! The very helpful staff saved our day by pumping up the flat tires on our stroller mid walk. Thank you so much! We’ll be back in for some spring purchases in your beautiful store.

Stopped here briefly to make a return. The store itself is lovely, I'm a giant LLBean fan and the folks were super helpful.nnUnfortunately parking is a HUGE bummer in the parking garage. For a 5 minute visit to return a pair of shoes it was $16. The validation parking stickers don't work and other options are not readily available. I'd recommend either taking the T, walking here or if you drive find a different location to enable lots of browsing time!

Hard to find parking but store was quiet and easy to make a return. FYI if you use PayPal as a payment they end up mailed back your money as a check.

Never been to a LLB before, staff friendly And help size me for boots. I think their prices are fair and this store is in a nice part of town.
