My first time shopping in the store today and it was an excellent shopping experience! Maddy spent an enormous amount of time with me to make sure I had the correct size, definitely going above and beyond for me. Danielle was also extremely helpful in helping me, and they were both just so pleasant. I love what this company is about and love my new purchases!

I have such a great experience in everlane seaport location. I am a very loyal customer but it was the first time I had ever been in the store in person. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. Maddie especially went above and beyond. She made the experience very pleasant and I left with some amazing pieces!

My daughter and I visited on a Sunday afternoon. There were at least 6 staff members in the store and not only did none of them speak to me or offer to assist me with the clothing I obviously wanted to try on (arms full standing outside dressing room), they never checked in on my daughter whom they did offer a dressing room. I ended up finding her other sizes. The woman who rang us up was was not unfriendly, but customer service was not her priority. Shame because the clothes (which the non socialndistancing staff was apparently modeling) are beautiful, well made staples. Boston is a friendly city, so definitely more of a training issue.

Everlane has a special place in my heart. The staff are always so so friendly. If you don't find something in store, they are able to place an online order for you and have it delivered directly to your doorstep. If I have to pick a favorite outfit set, it'll have to be the golden brown wide pants and black waffle Henley, with their signature reKnit boots! So very comfortable, good material, and they fit perfectly.

Clean, light, small, well laid out boutique. Staff are very helpful. Great price points.
