Brand has forever made high quality clothes that do what they are supposed to do. Discovered this store while walking around seaport... the customer service was amazing. Not only very personable people, but made really good recommendations on what to get and in sizing. Thank you.

This store has excellent customer service!! We were visiting from our of town and the staff were very friendly and personable. Fast forward 3 months later, my husband and I were trying to redeem our free passes and we lost our receipt. I called and asked if they could locate it in there system and the gal took down all my info. The next day Kirstyn emailed me with the receipt and she even remembered us coming in! I highly recommend this store!

Great products! Poor service. Came in this past Sunday morning and upon arrival my dog and I were warmly greeted. Unfortunately the other associate was not as friendly and when I began asking about their online portal there was no inquiry about the products I wanted. Not even an attempt to convert me to an in store purchase.

I just came from one of the best in-store customer service experiences! My zipper broke on an old HH ski jacket and I went in to see if they could fix it. With a ski trip in a few days and a 6-8 week lead time to repair it, the store associates went above and beyond and replaced the jacket for me. They were kind, helpful, and did what they thought was the best thing to do for a customer...and it worked! I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you to this seaport staff.

The guy helped me a lot, he knows every product specification, size information, and so on. I did not know there is a HH store around and when I see, I wanted to check it out. Definitely worth it.
