The friendliest service I’ve ever experienced.
Excellent experience. Rose was extremely friendly, kind , patient with my admittedly strange request, (I have certain tastes) and as a whole made it a very positive experience.
Terrible. Every time I come to the Starbucks it’s a mess and unorganized. I ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It came out with no vanilla and no ice AND the cream was put in at the bottom so it was all mixed...CANT MAKE MY $6 coffee correctly...the guy who works here also suggests to order online 30 minutes prior to picking up. Won’t be coming back again.
First two drinks I order they don’t have. But I ordered just a dark roast coffee didn’t have that ready. Four employees walking around and can’t even get coffee ready for anyone.
Visit at Starbucks at Seaport district Boston was great . Had a medium ice coffee with ice no sugar . The staff was extremely friendly . Mixed two little packs of honey in hot water to get thoroughly mixed in my Ice coffee.There is always enough space in the street to park . It's a great pit for Uber and Lyft drivers to use loo and grab something to eat and drink
