Jess was very nice and gave some very helpful tips but I don’t believe red tones are her strong suit. I had asked for a natural looking warm copper color and provided a multitude of example photos and a Wella video that illustrated someone going from brown to a natural looking copper. I ended up with a darker red wine like color with hints of copper. Of course it’s not the end of the world but when you’re looking for natural warmth and you get unnatural looking dark red especially on pale skin it’s a bit of a bummer and a waste of a $160.
Jess is the best hair dresser and salon owner I’ve EVER been to. She is not only talented, but so accommodating. She gives you EXACTLY what you ask for while incorporating her knowledge and mastery in her craft. Would 10/10 recommend!
Jess has been doing my hair for about 7-8 years now!! Jess is a GREAT hairstylist. She is on-time, her salon is clean, and I have only had great experiences. She is easy to talk to and she flexible and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend Jess. I will only let Jess do my hair because she is so great!
