Talk about a hard working guy that really knows his stuff! I called and within an hour he was at my house diagnosing how to repair my vehicle. He was transparent with the cost of parts and was informative as he walked me through the parts he removed and why. First class customer service with a in-depth knowledge of automotive repair. He replaced my brakes, an O2 sensor, all my spark plugs, repaired some underpinning, and a serpentine belt. The diagnosis and repair was done within the day at a competitive cost. I’m so appreciative that I found him on Google, and I will call him again in the future!
Very honest, professional, and great pricing. Called to get brakes repaired because I could drive on them any longer. He came straight to where I work and replaced them in a very reasonable amount of time. I couldn’t have got a better price or better service from any other shop. On top of that I didn’t have to go anywhere which is very convenient. Thank you for amazing service. I recommend this company for anyone and will absolutely be using him again.
My wife and I were four hours away from home at Hillman Ferry Campground in Land Between the Lakes, Kentucky, when our van would not crank. We called and Simons answered! Simons told us he would COME TO US to check our van. He arrived just as he said and began trouble checking our van.
