We had been looking for Jasmine pearls for awhile. They have them! Great service! Part of Findlay Market. Great VEGAN options.

Staff was rude, and super condescending. I came in looking for a gift box that I saw on their website. I accidentally called it a British sampler and said that they did not carry a British sampler so I pulled it up to show her. She said it’s English not British, I said those terms could be synonymous, she informed me they had nothing in common, they didn’t carry it. I asked since they had no other customers if she could pull it together and she told me she would need at least 48 hours and told me I was better to check their other location. So I kept my money and walked out. I did go to the other location, much better service!

Good prices, lots of fun options and very kind employees

So I came in your store last week for the first time it was two women in there around a Thursday I’m guessing experience was great but the women there was rude! There was an african American girl helping me out which was really great the lady kept talking over her not giving her time to answer understanding she helping her employee but I felt that was really rude. Then I went on to order ice tea the african American young lady made my teas as I was waiting on them the other young lady brought my one tea that the other lady was looking for just sat it down on the table didn’t tell me what kind it was so after couple of minutes the lady noticing I had my tea the lady brought my other one out and we had to figure out which tea was which I felt was rude as well! I feel we treat each other equally and with respect! But overall the experience and the tea was great! Visitor!

Love, love, love their tea! I've been going here for years. They are always super friendly and helpful. The tea selection is vast and top notch. The prices are good. Everything is labeled really clearly, so you can see exactly what, if anything, is in each tea. They really have something here for everyone. My husband doesn't even like hot tea, but will sometimes take a swig of my mug and enjoy the particular tea. You won't find better tea in the area!
