Normally, i would give a good rating but the most recent experience i had makes me wanna shop at Carrs. Now I have lived in this area for yrs now, so Freddies is my go to place for everything my family needs. So I was shopping with my mom. Everythings good till we get to the Meat dept. I experienced the most rude and unpleasant man ever. The older white man that works behind the counter should not deal with customers at all. And he also told me and my mom that neither his self nor the butcher in the back would not cut us any steaks. I just thought that was outrageous that I didnt even buy my stuff. We just left and went to the other Fred Meyers. I really dont shop here as much anymore. I drive extra distance just cuz the employees!

Very poor customer service. They won't accept returns eventhough I called and the associate confirmed that it is okay to return the item. Very frustating!!!

Allthough they have a mask policy, There were several customers with no masks or with masks but not covering their noses today at the diamond store.
