We loved this restaurant. Amazingly friendly staff greeted us from the moment we walked in and were ultra attentive our entire visit. Great team work which means that the management is very attentive. The owner came over to visit with us and shared rhe restaurants history, he is a very kind and humble man! The food is phenomenal, we had the peanut ud83eudd63 and it was the best peanut sauce I have ever had! My husband had fresh scallops and halibut on his and it was cooked to perfection! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting!
Girdwood's best restaurant!! Delicious food - as a vegetarian I was able to find several options that were delightful. The salad was unbelievable - not something that is said of salad often!!!! The Asian bowl was yummy too. We ate here two nights - would have been three but they were closed one night. The service was friendly and quick, the meals high quality and the ambiance was crisp and minimalist. A lovely place to eat after a long day on the slopes.
Great experience, atmosphere, and food. Friendly staff too. I had a food coma when i left... don’t forget to order a price of that fancy chocolate cake. Wow. You can’t visit Girdwood and leave this place off your list of stops along the way.
I'm sorry to say the food was horrible the fish was so over cooked on two of the meals we couldn't eat it. The appraisers were great it was bacon wrapped dates and the service was also great I'm hoping that if I try the place again the food will be better.. On an up note they took half off of the bill. They have tje potential to be great but just need a little work on cooking fish.
No Masks, No Distancing, Can only hope they wash their hands.nnWe ordered take out a couple weeks ago. Showed up and only one waitress had on a mask. Place was packed. I will say to their credit the food was decent. The lack of consideration of basic public health protocols during a pandemic kind of soured us on the experience. I wish it had been better.
