Yes, the customer service is excellent. The Bulgogi and kalbi ribs is my go to. I love that they don't close till midnight.
The food was great, but the service was not attentive at all! I don't understand why, but it seems most Korean restaurants just don't provide good services. I needed refill on my water, or I needed more napkins, I had to get up from my table and tell the waitress.nKorean food has never been known for good services. Why is that? I'm open to different opinions. Tell me if I'm wrong for making this statement.nFurthermore, I knew what we ordered was going to take a little more time; it was seafood hotpot. We ordered ahead on the phone before arriving, and we had to wait for another 25 minutes after we arrived for the food to show up. It was a total of 55 minutes altogether! This is what I'm suspecting. They did not start working on the dish after our phone call. Simply put, they didn't trust us as a legitimate customer placing an order on the phone. What a shame! We were near our breaking point and were about to walk out on them.
