Oh my goodness they are life savers. I accidentally smashed my bf car key and I was in such a panic. Also the price was surprisingly cheap, only $4.50 to get a new car key and it took less the 5 minutes for a replacement also the service was great very kind and trusting. I recommend going there anytime to get keys or locks replaced. I would go there again for my keys, locks and other stuff they do.
I just used Northstar Locksmith to help me with a broken key/lock on my roof rack. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were also so efficient and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend this business to my friends in the Anchorage area. Thanks!
They were super knowledgeable , willing to take the time to research and verify exactly what I needed and able to correct the error made by the auto dealer that I went to first.
These guys were awesome ! ! Ten minutes to 5 I found out that one of my staff lost their key. One phone call and 15 minutes later they had a tech at our shop. He was super professional and handled our needs quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. I called some others and they acted like I was bothering them on a Friday night.
The owner worked with me and the manufacturer of my safe for 3 months and made sure I received exactly what I needed. I really appreciate the continued effort!
