We have bought two used cars from Jack Kain Ford. Nik - our sales person for both purchases - is great! He listened to what we needed and helped us find great cars. Since we recently purchased both cars, have not had a lot of service done, but what we have had done has been reasonably priced and great! I highly recommend Jack Kain Ford!!!

I did research looking for a car from out of state. Found the car I was looking for at Jack Kain Ford. Traveled all the way from the Chicago burbs. I worked with Dave to negotiate a trade on my sons existing car to buying a 2018 Ford Focus ST. I called Dave the day before we we're going to drive down and pickup the ST. Was concerned about the long drive and having them pull a bait and switch on me. Even after we negotiated the deal the car had 40k miles on it. I asked how the tires were on the car? Dave agreed to put new tires on due to the miles. Since we already negotiated the car he did it as a no charge to me. Dave honored what he said he had agreed to on the car. One last note. The tax calculations were off when I came back to get my plates. Jack Kain Ford sent a check for the difference based on the conversation we had at the dealer. Jack Kain Ford is an honorable dealer to do business with!

After a few poor experiences at Jack Kain both in sales and service I received a feedback survey from Bob Kain. I provided Bob with a very detailed list of our experiences at Jack Kain over the past several years with most not being very positive.nnBob responded the next day and he and his staff went out of their way to make all the wrongs right. I am pleased to say that while I was surprised to have even received a response from my survey the dealership went over and above my expectations.nnI will go back to Jack Kain for my service and new car needs in the future due to the fact that they listened and reacted. I urge anyone that has issues with any company or business to provide good honest feedback and allow them to make things right. It could very well be that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch and it could be that the whole bunch is bad but give them the opportunity to make things right.nnThank you Bob Kain and staff for listening and reacting I appreciate your efforts and your work.

Great car-buying experience from Jack Kain Ford! Cody really stepped up to the plate by answering all my questions through no hassle emails. I purchased a beautiful 2019 Edge Titanium and just love it! Would recommend anyone in the Lexington area to consider getting your next vehicle at Jack Kain Ford!
