This was by far the easiest, most pleasant and seamless car-buying experience I've ever had. I found the car I wanted online and reserved it by phone a week before I arrived in Anchorage. Josh set up everything in advance, including an auto loan with a very low rate at a local credit union. When I showed up, everything was ready to go. The car is in perfect shape, the price was reasonable, and the service was fantastic. AK Good Guys are THE BEST and I recommend them highly!
Yesterday was our first big purchase as newlyweds, Rahsaan went above and beyond to take care of us and took extra time answering all my questions. The staff was professional and courteous, they all at one point or another interacted with me to ensure I wasn’t left out by any means. These guys are Great Guys, was looking for a fuel economic car and they were able to help! Took a test drive drive checked out the whole interior. The car fit my budget perfectly and they weren't asking way too much at all! Got to see the car fax and they were very attentive asking if I needed water or coffee etc. They get stuff done and provide excellent vehicles. I highly recommend this dealer!
Saw a vehicle I was interested in called them and they weren't pushy at all. They just answered my questions and emailed me the auto check report for the vehicle to look at.nArrived and very relaxed attitude, helpful yet not annoying. Very courteous. During the test drive Josh gave us clear directions for best route in Anchorage with all the 1 ways (we aren't familiar with Anchorage), but other than directions he stayed quiet so we could focus, and listen to the vehicle and I really appreciated that. ( so many times sales people jabber and it is very distracting)nWhen we got back he excused himself so we could have privacy to talk. The paperwork went fast and smooth. I usually only buy from personal owners but I would return to Good Guys auto.
I’ve had great difficulty trusting sellers of used vehicles in the past, but Josh and Jose have restored my faith! Their willingness to accommodate me in my unique situation of purchasing a vehicle entirely through the phone was far beyond anything I had expected. They even went as far as pro pick me up from the airport to eliminate as many hurdles as possible that stood in the way of me driving my Jeep home! Beyond grateful for their customer service that extends far beyond their interactions with their clients and into the quality of vehicles in which they purchase and sell. Thanks again
