We had an awesome vehicle buying experience with Kendall Toyota and our salesman Mr. Park. Our salesman Mr. Sam Park was very helpful and patient with us as we took a lot of time and were very undecided with what exactly we wanted. He took us on multiple test drives to let us get a feel for what we were comfortable with. Once we decided what we wanted, the purchasing experience was seamless as well. Overall every good time and I would recommend Kendall Toyota and Mr. Park to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.
5 star experience for sure! We just bought our second vehicle from Kendall.Our salesman Mark was excellent! It took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was in the show room.nnAfter about 5 minutes with a salesman, I was ushered over to a pushy inventory manager that basically told me even if I special ordereda vehicle I couldn't get it.nnKept trying to get me into a lesser vehicle they had on the lot that I did not want.nnI walked away and will be taking my business elsewhere.
