I’ve given up with this dealership ServicenDepartment. I bought and have owned Lincoln’s because of customer service. This is LACKING here majorly and I’m about to make a complaint directly to Lincoln. I came from Vegas and have had ZERO issues and have had Lincoln’s for 8 years. Now that we are stationed here , I’m trading it in for something else until we leave. I’ve gone in and I’ve called AND NO ONE ever calls you back from Lincoln service. It’s sad I spent so much money on a vehicle that’s supposed to have great service and it’s nonexistent . I’ve had issues for over 2 months with ZERO help from their service department. I also wanted to buy the new aviator. Nope! I’ll wait until I don’t have to deal with these people.
