I have been doing business with this company for over 2 years now and they regularly make payments so late that it is now effecting my credit score. You cannot call and talk to anyone, it goes to voice mail that they never return. Emails are also ignored.
Experienced firm in AK with tools, experience, knowledge in ATM deployment, that came thru for us. Called other companies and they either didn't answer phone, were one hit wonders or just clueless.
Really appreciated the time they took to get our ATM back in service after another company spent days and days trying to make ATM work. They had our ATM working within a few hours and its been problem free since. Can't thank them enough and one less headache to worry about.
I was happy we switched our service to Alaska ATM Service - Another company placed an ATM in our business and it was out of service more than it was in service, and when we would call the owner was either out of town or hunting (?). Zero problems with Alaska ATM Service - Thank You!
While illegally parking in my business loading zone to set up at the Alaska wholesale gift show, An Alaska ATM Service employee verbally and physically assaulted me when I asked him to move. Not sure if this type of action is standard for the company or just the employees that represent them.
