Do business with Deanna Ramsey at your own risk. She's unprofessional and flat out rude. In addition, she charged an arm and a leg to do my 2014 taxes. Although I fully trusted her to accurately prepare my taxes, it did not turn out that way. I found out after the returns were filed that a huge error was made (about a $2,000 error). Now I'm having to re-file my 2014 return to fix the error. She was happy to fix it for me. For an extra $75. Wow!!!

I hired Deanna and her team after, another CPA couldn't keep up with our business needs, and I have to say she and her team have done an exceptional job at keeping our books straight and do a wonderful job of managing our payroll. We were having a really tough time with one of the large payroll firms and Deanna stepped in and saved the day. Thank you for your excellent service.
