Kanaha Beach Park

Randomly found this beach when looking for somewhere I could sit/relax and eat my bento box that I picked up nearby last December. This beach ended up being one of my favorites. Not too touristy/crowded and the facilities are nice. The sand is powdery along the shore and the water is a lovely shade of blue (although in the water it can be a bit rocky and the visibility isn't good). Perfect spot for a chill picnic, invigorating swim, and afternoon nap.

Love this little park. It has lots of green space, a great beach, picnic tables, restrooms that are open! It's right by the airport so it's a lovely walk around the airport as well. Fun to watch the wind and kite surfers. Good shade for a nce place to read or take a little snooze.

I stopped by Kanaha before my flight. It’s very close to the airport. It’s a nice park with a beautiful beach. There were picnic tables, volleyball courts, facilities, and lots of areas to walk and explore. It was not crowded when I was there at sunset and it was super chill. It’s definitely worth a stop by!

Great place with good wind for water sports. Pretty crowded bit lots of parking in multiple lots. Big grassy area with good bathrooms and changing stalls and showers for after shower!
