Many months ahead of our scheduled arrival on Molokai we made a reservation with these folk. They asked for a tremendous amount of paperwork, which we gladly supplied. Insurance cards and phone numbers. Drivers licenses etc. And we were happy to note that the rates would be much reduced if we paid in cash when we got there. The instructions were that the car would be waiting for us at the airport with the keys under the floor mat. We arrived and wondered where was our car and what car was it. Apparently they sent us an email at the day when we were already in Hawaii and I had no way to check email. Their phone number they never answer. Their offices they are never at. Luckily I was able to find a cell phone number for a person who doesn't work there but told us what kind of car we had waiting for us. Who owns this business? We never found an owner whose name is on the business card. We tried three times to meet someone at their office to pay the cash amount. Very troublesome. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
I got a fantastic Chevy Malibu, 35 mpg. Sunroof. Fit our family of 4 easily. With extra room in the truck for the in-laws.
Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with.
Small place. Easy in and easy out.
