Dollar Car Rental

I also wanted to make a special shout out to sale associate Nalani. I had a lot of difficulty with my car rental booking, and she was able to provide assistance with care and kindness. She took extra steps to see that my needs were taken care of and she had an amazing attitude throughout. I would have never gotten to see road to Hana safely without her. Thank you Nalani and dollar rental!

5 stars just for Nalani who is a total sweetheart. We had an issue with some charges and she fixed them right away no problem and we didn't have to wait in the long line. Super helpful and super nice!

We showed up and waited in line for an hour- had a reservation and then were told there were no cars. Not much we can do except wait in the parking lot and hope someone returns one! Great start to the vacation . Dollar never again.

Extremely slow. There weren’t even that many people in front of us.
