Lee and his group were Fantastic! 10 days we used their service from local events to island destinations during a very busy spring break. After reading reviews I came across West Maui Taxi Service. I had booked a dream trip for my parents in September 2019. The gentleman Lee called me back to help me with the booking. Come to find out, he was the owner. He took so great care of my parents on their trip. He actually picked them up at th airport and his partner driver drive them on the way back to the airport for departure. He was was outstanding and professional as well. My parents could not stop raving how wonderful they have been treated. The taxi was before time at each destination for my parents and Lee kept in contact with me as a courtesy since I was handling the whole trip. Thanks to Lee and his staff for the great experience. I definitely will refer his company to anyone who is ready to travel to Hawaii. Thanks again!

I got picked up from the airport by a very kind and polite man, efficient and nice. But going back to the airport we tried to make a reservation and thought everything was set. No one showed up, our ride was supposedly scheduled for 2:45 and we finally called at three. They said that they had someone on the way and they would be there in five minutes. at 3:10 we called again and they said we never had a reservation. If they had just said that our reservation never went through that would’ve been fine, but they lied to us when we were strapped for time. Thank goodness for Uber!
