Airport-Speedi Shuttle

Despite the plethora of bad reviews on here, we had a great experience the other day. Our shuttle on Maui was only booked an hour before by the resort we were staying at. Despite some confusion when we first arrived, we got on the second shuttle. Our driver, Chris, was very informative and knowledgeable about the area, it was a little like a tour! Some people may not like that but we did.

This is the worst company. Booked them through Expedia, they gave us a confirmation code, but when we arrived they could not find us on their roster. They did not even try to make it work for us, so we ended up calling a taxi for our Kaanapali ride. Terrible, awful company. Stay away!!

Do not keep to schedule and do not inform on changes. Very bad customer support.

They screwed our reservation up ..but the lady handled it well...and got us in a shuttle.....ride was ok...we were just tired from the flight....

The driver never shuts up. Miserable ride.
