United Airlines

Giving a star is over grading but zero is not an option. United texted me the morning of our trip to HI to tell me they cancelled our flight due to airport weather. This was a lie and I found out later the cancellation was due to the fact our plane was being rerouted to the east coast. United made no effort to get me to HI on another airline and basically said TS. I was given the option of flying 2 days later on coach or getting a refund. Since I paid for first class I chose a refund which I have yet to receive. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH UNITED AGAIN!

Long wait to check in, most machines not working, poor organization

We booked a flight that never really existed, they then cancelled it the morning we were supposed to come home. We were stuck in the airport for 10 hours.

Airport staff was very rude, and United Airlines staff was also very rude(Manager Kimi). My wife is pregnant and she denied her disability access due to her swollen feet and sent her to the back of the line. Then got us removed from the flight after a verbal altercation that she started by being very condescending and snappy like I'd she was the ruler almighty. Power triping and abuse of power definitely used. Bad thing is the pilot agreed with her and he wasnt even there, he went by what she said and that was that, not knowing she was the one that escalated the situation. Super bad, never flying United again.

Priority/first-class line took longer than normal lines, even though they had the same number of people (we had two parties waiting in both).
