Reserved a unit online and went in the next day. Leanne was great with explaining everything about the policies and making sure our questions were answered. Mandy showed us to the unit and helped us make sure our code for the secure entry worked. Great customer service by both! The area is very clean and there is plenty of room to maneuver items on the provided carts through the hallway to the unit. Secure access, cameras, and the fact that the unit is heated make me feel comfortable storing there. Hours of access and office hours are also convenient.
Summit Heated is an amazing property. I absolutely love it here, I love the wide drive ways, the beautiful RV lot, the loading bay is covered and they have big clean and spacious elevators. It is all affordable and convenient. They have top of the line security I love Summit Heated so much. Amazing , WOW Just perfect
If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further! This is the best storage facility in the area. They have units of all sizes and we love that they offer heated units at reasonable prices. The facility is gated and under video surveillance so you don't have to worry about your belongings being safe. And the managers Leanne and Mandy are super professional, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service! They took the time to show us different units to make sure we got the size we needed. This storage facility is amazing!
Mandy was extremely helpful with the questions I had, and thorough with all of the agreements. I appreciate that she took her time to show how to use the lock, and made sure that our gate code worked properly. The facility is immaculate, there is plenty of space in the halls to move belongings in and out without feeling crowded, and the fact that the unit is heat controlled so my belongings don't freeze is great. The price is good, I didn't feel like I was paying too much, or going without a size I needed.. Very satisfied with the over all experience. Will recommend you for sure. Thank you.
This is a beautiful brand new facility. We are parking our Motorhome there and feel confident in their security systems in place.nLeanne was super friendly and helpful and really cares and takes pride in her job.
