The food is good and they’re usually fast and kind but almost always forget utensils, part of the order, or sauces. Today I placed an online order and made the mistake of not stopping at the screen, which one of the employees let me know but seemed pretty bothered by- but when I pulled to the side so they could start it I probably waited 30+ min then my mobile order disappeared on my screen. Had to go in because I’m pretty sure they forgot my order. Puyallup is usually a better location :)

Extremely friendly. The level of service here was amazing and so courteous. Food was delicious and freshly warm as always. The employees they hired for this location were very nice during the order and the delivery of the food.

Always a great place for a great chicken sandwich! Also, they have the good ice!!! Speedy, they know how to get your order (CORRECT) and get you out of line with your food in about 5 to 10 minutes. Mind you I was 20 cars deep in their drive thru.

For a brand new location, the line was not so long but they don't have things running like the well oiled machine that Chick-fil-a can be as the short line was a long wait. Order takers were waiting by the drive thru menu and an employee was carrying orders out to the waiting cars, but this was still a long process. The food was as expected, good grilled chicken sandwich and the fries as always tasty but could be a little crunchier. Decent lemonade, very sweet.

Food was good and staff was helpful and friendly. We placed our order online at 4:30. Order wasn't ready until after 5:15. A 45 minute wait for our food. That seemed a bit long for fast food.
