Reviews
There's a slide and swings for kiddos. They provide a portable toilet, picnic tables, and bench. The creek is really nice, however there is very limited shoreline so when it's busy you are shoulder to shoulder at the creek. There are few parking spots as some are reserved for the EMS station next door.
Lots of shade and good access to the river and trail.
Nice and relaxing area. Lots of shade. Only problem is there are no garbage cans and the river area gets filled fast. Gets crowded.
Love this place
This park is located right off of a main Highway that runs through Orting and into South Prairie and usually up into Buckley however with the bridge closed that's a detour route now. Yet it is still a very convenient and beautiful park to play at and have a good picnic lunch or just a day out with the kids or take a walk on the trail or have coffee at the coffee shop awesome awesome milk mocha milkshakes for sure. Convenient fun and the swings are great definitely recommended Spark
