Excellent work, very timely service, honest people and reasonable and competitive pricing. I have worked with a few other companies and Energy Works has been the best so far. They showed up to the place within a few hours of me calling and fixed the furnace in no time. They also did a very thorough inspection and maintenance work. Could not be happier with them

Nathan showed up on time, was personable, helpful and thorough. I would use this company again and would recommend them highly.

Energy Works installed a Heat Pump for AC in our home recently. We are performing a major remodel in our home and Energy Works actually helped our contractor with relocating some of our vents and registers in our kitchen for the remodel because their HVAC Company was not available. Rich and his team came in and met with our contractor and gave tons of advice for no additional charges. We even added a surprise last minute job on them and they were happy to help us. This particular job was instrumental in our remodel and where our contractor said it might not be possible. Rich and his team were happy to help and for a very reasonable price. This job was the difference of an additional linen closet built into our bathroom. Rich and his friendly staff saved the day! Can not tell you how happy we are that we choose to work with Energy Works. We will tell everyone we know who needs a quality, professional and fair priced HVAC Company!

EDIT: The day after I wrote this review, John Parker (Operations Manager) called me to apologize and since then my experience has been great. Within 3 days his team was able to provide an estimate, order the parts, and even install it! The technicians who came to install it went above and beyond by even showing us how to do basic maintenance to our units and Ken did follow up closely to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend Energy Works.nn———nnI called Energy Works to get an estimate to install a wifi adapter to my air conditioner. The person who picked up the phone was going to check with her Operations Manager if this could be done and call me back. One week later, I tried calling again and they promised a call back within the same day. I am still waiting. Really bad customer service

After we moved in our house, we were suspect of the original furnace installation by another company. We hired Energy Works to do a thorough examination and address system weaknesses.nnIn addition to general furnace maintenance, they tested all pipe connections and secured the connections between the pipes specifically in the garage; secured the water heater; installed a ballard in front of the furnace, and figured out a solution to ensure optimal intake and exhaust.nnGiven that the jobs required some extra problem solving and a wholistic view, the general manager, John, even got involved to ensure optimal solutions. Ryan implemented the latter job with enthusiasm, pride, and creativity.
