Just purchased a Teddy Fresh Sweatshirt from here and let me tell you, the workers there are very sweet, and very driven to help you with whatever you need! There were 2 girls working today, unfortunately I didn't get they're names but they have the best attitudes! The store is very neat and tidy, nothing I would change. Great store, great environment, and even better workers! Stop in sometime!
I have bought from this store many times good brands and nice environment but one day me and a friend showed up we looked at some champion belts and sat on the couch then a employee walked up to us and acussed us of stealing even though when I left (because he was rude) a belt was sitting on the couch and apparently, even though my friend hanged up his belt ,that the one he had was missing and now I can't even go to the mall without being chased out of the mall. I wonder if they even have camra to check to see we didn't steal anything.nnPS: employs are prejudice to African Americans
Tried to return pants because I noticed they were damaged and super low quality. Had all the tags on and receipts. Employees said they couldn't take them because of the damage. Even though they were sold to me that way. It's not my fault you sold me damaged merchandise?? Complete trash policy and service.
Best customer service ever! The staff are friendly and engaged and helpful. Shopping with my daughter is rarely this relaxing!
Excellent experience, bought safety gear for my son and the staff were all skaters and super encouraging and helpful
