I came to this trail because someone else mentioned it being longer, I should have paid attention to those who said it was short and dead ended. Though the nature itself is absolutely beautiful, it's flanked by private property and dead ends on a well water facility, so it's less of a trail and more of an access route to the facility.

Short trail at the end of a dead end street. You must return on the trail the same way you started because the trail comes to a stop.

The trailhead is in good condition but needs to be mowed. We passed over some debris on the way up that we would clear going back out. Surprisingly, there were no large trees blocking the trail. We got up to about 36' at around noon. At that point, a few light patches of snow appeared which were easy to walk around. We were just in light trail runners, but the grade was fairly level so not too slippy. If we were wearing regular hiking boots, maybe with gaiters, and maybe with more motivation, we would have pushed on to the ridge for a view of the fence - it couldn't have been more than another 50 yards up.

The trail is largely undeveloped and it is very short. Not worth your time!

Trail leads to a fence, so there's not much point. Pretty path though.
