Lyon Creek Waterfront Preserve

A nice secluded spot by the lake. The boardwalk and access way is narrow and can only accommodate one group at a time. But the little beach there has ample space for multiple groups to maintain adequate distance from one another.

Love this tiny park so much I almost hate mentioning it. If your a large group, it won’t hold you. Tiny dock has one has one bench. It is a fabulous place to watch bald eagles & osprey.

Nice little park off the Burke Gilman Trail.

Beautiful creekside park with benches and informative/educational signs. There is an access dock to Lake Washington, however there is a sign that states that swimming or launching any watercraft is prohibited (ironically, the neighbors' kids are swimming and paddling as I arrive, and there are several private docks with boats within 100 meters). Still, a gem of a public park amidst private homes and omnipresent no trespassing signs. Good job Lake Forest Park/King County.
