There are regularly three people that work the counter. Two are great and one is beyond terrible and will take you forever to fill your order. Because time is money for contractors, it is definitely not worth the risk to go here.

I'm sure they are great for tradesmen, but if you are not an electrician, don't bother. Three times I've tried, three times they were unwilling to help even a little. Too bad, they are close to my house and I wanted to give them the business even knowing it would cost more.

Very bad customer service! Don't go there if you want to be in good mode. They will ruin your day.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Middle aged red head guy with a hat looked at us and then went into the back room to sit on his computer. Think his name was Bryce? We stood their for a few minutes and then left. Won’t be coming back.
