We were excited to try this place. I love chicken. Upon entering around 8pm we weren’t greeted. We stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked if we were here to pick up food. No, we’re not picking up, two for dinner please.nnThere was so much confusion, between us and the girl taking our order. You could tell her attention was not on us but everything going on in the dining room - which wasn’t much. We’re we there to pick up? No we’re here for dinner, two please- again. No “have you been in before” no menu explanation, albeit it is a simple menu. The order taker had difficulty finding the side salad on the computer, so I had fries instead. My husband orders. We pay. Oh is that for here? Umm yes. Runs to the kitchen to say that order is for here. Ok. Do we need to be seated? Seat ourselves? “Oh you can sit anywhere”.nnFood takes about 15 minutes, not an issue. The chicken strips were delicious. Tender, juicy, and fresh. Shoestring fries are crisp, and quite salty. Zero organization in the coming in and handling of patrons. Not sure if we’ll be back anytime soon or if time will iron out the kinks.

Our second time here and the restaurant is very clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The chicken tender are large and fresh. They cook to order so there is a little wait but very worth it. To the idiot who complained about flavor they are not heavily spiced because they have a whole range of sauces that you choose to spice/flavor.

Love eating here! The place is very clean. They are strictly following guidelines to keep us safe!! The food was EXCELLENT!!

First time visiting this new location. I was going to get the Tuesday special $1.25 chicken tenders as I have had them in the past, thick and tender. But I got the crispy chicken salad. It was good but I don't like onions, so will have to delete next time. There was quite a wait, people with higher numbers got their orders first which was disappointing. I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted, and the cashier was a little impatient with me even though I stood off to the side. But it was the lunch rush.
