A couple months ago I paid for a consultation and met with a paralegal. The girl that i met with was nice but she definetly did not know what she was doing, i would ask her questions and her answer would be idk. I married a US citizen, we have children together and I'm also a DACA recipient and she told me that since my significant other is not sick that there is no way he can petition for me, that I have no case. So pretty much i just went to give my money away because I got no help and no answers. I paid and couldn't even talk to a lawyer. Thankfully I went with another lawyer and they were able to help me.
