Baja Cantina

The Baja Cantina offers above-average Mexican food. While not totally authentic, the food is wholesome, prepared in a clean environment and there is a very nice dining area. The drinks are good . After the move to the new location we have been in twice, the (hostess) is most unpleasant and did not seat us at 7: 40 when the open sign was on and closing was 8:00.We are regulars and will continue to go for now. I am sure Martha will correct the issue.

First time and will be the last. Service was okay, drinks were expensive but in large mugs and very strong. Wanted to charge us extra for hot salsa with our chips (really??). Food was just okay so there was really no justification for the cost of the meal ($20 for Carne Asada). Meat was lack luster unless you salted it, and chewy. Basic rice cooked maybe in tomato juice (no onions, tomato bits, nada). Very small portion of guacamole, pico de gallo, some lettuce and about 1/4 cup of refried bean with a little sprinkle of cheese. Have eaten in restaurants all over Mexico and this was a far cry from authentic. Big disappointment.

Didn’t know they’d moved but glad they did!!nNice foyer, pleasant remodel and our takeout was exceptional , the fajitas beef and chicken were tender , spicey enough and generous servings including rice and beans ,guacamole and sour cream! Will be back!!!ud83dude0a

I had the heuvos ranches, it was delicious!!! The presentation was beautiful and portions generous!! We sat outside on the deck and felt very comfortable with the current environment of social distancing. Staff maintained current covid precautions and were very attentive. We highly recommend! Wish I had a picture of the food but it looked so good and I was so hungry I forgot to take one.

The Acosta family does a wonderful job. The food is good and they have great service. We had a great time and will go back. They're moving to a newly renovated location soon.
