I DON'T recommend the toasted, or HOT, cold brew, since mine as a mocha was horrible. However, DB always has the best customer satisfaction guarantee and will always remake it until it's right. When I emailed customer service to check on their policy, the agent was even gracious enough to send me an e-gift card along with apologies.nAnd on the regular, my coffee is usually spot on and tastes great no matter which stand I go to. ud83dude09

Waited in line to get coffee no one was out taking orders to help speed up wait time. Then they did not know how to use the ipad to scan our card delaying us further
The Broistas are always friendly and fun and our drinks are delicious every time!
